Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item provided this is done within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us on: beer@theweobleybrewing.co If you contact us outside of these 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. 

Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their original condition.

When will I be refunded for a returned item?

Once the returned item is received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive credit back into the same account you paid with within 5-10 business days.

My item is damaged, what do I do?

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, you reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, please inform the courier who can then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.

 If you then email beer@theweobleybrewing.co to allow us time to rectify the situation and proceed with the actions you require. 

Exchanges 

Can I exchange my item?

If you would like to change the size of your item then please follow our returns procedure above. If it is a direct swap with no price difference, we will simply send you the new item upon receipt of the original. If there is a price difference, we will need to process a refund (as per the refund policy) and ask you to place a new order.
